We hire both vehicles exclusively through out Partners " Camplify" They have a fantastic customer service team, secure booking system and easy payment process. The team at camplify are specialists in renting RVS, Motorhomes and Campers. They are there to answer any questions in relation to your holiday, rental agreement or online booking process aswell as us as owners. If anything goes wrong while on hire they also have a knowledgeable team who can take the stress out of the situation and provide advice for both owners and hirers.

We currently have two campers/vans on hire and due to shift work we arrange hand overs as below. We will always do our best to accommodate guests trip plans subject to availablity If times are required outside of the below please mention at time of making the booking request. Comprehensive Insurance on Sealed Roads and Gravel Roads are included aswell as 24/7 NRMA Road Side Assistance for all hires. General Exclusions 1: Damage to suspension or underbody of the vehicle or apparatus fixed beneath the Vehicle.caused by irrisponsible 4x4 or driving past the vehicles safe capabilities will be the responsibility of the hirer and damage costs will be on charged. 2: Renters Personal Belongings The Policy excludes cover for the renters / hirers personal belongings and equipment when left in the campers/caravans. We strongly advise carrying valuable goods with you. The full Insurance PDF is listed in the guide book and provided on pick up. If you require this prior to departue let us know.

Our security bond works just like a hotel, Camplify take an imprint of your credit card at the time of booking and an authorisation is held for $1000. Camplify only take funds if any damage occurs on return.

The camplify booking fee charged on your booking is a per night fee and covers the cost of Comprehensive Insurance, NRMA Road Side Assistance and Access to the Support Team on 1300 416 133. This fee can not be waived.

Under each camper there is " Book Now" Button. This link will take you directly to our camplify listing. The listing has full details and photos of the set up aswell as an availability calender. You will be promted to create a FREE profile with contact details, a photo and license number. From there you can "Request a Booking" which will provide you with the total price and Inclusions We will respond before close of business and its easy as rhat !

The team at camplify will charge 50 % payment at the time of booking and the remainder will be charged 30 days prior to departure. If you are confirming a booking withen 30 days of departure full payment will be taken upon securing the booking.

We appreciate that circumstances can change and that you may need to cancel Your booking. A booking is deemed as cancelled when You click the cancel button on your camplify profile page relating to that booking. You must pay the cancellation fee notified to you when the cancellation is accepted. Up to 31 days prior to the Rental Period You will receive a full refund. Between 30 days and 14 days to the Rental Period You will receive a 50% refund. 13 days or less from the Rental Period You will receive no refund. Any entitlement to a refund is subject to the Camplify Booking Fee, which is non-refundable and any and all taxes will be retained and remitted. We as owners will always take every scenario into consideration and based on availability do our best to accommodate regarding re booking etc

Yes. It is a legal requirement to have an Electronic Brake Contoller when towing a trailer that is over 750kg. If you have not towed vans before or heavy equipment this is not often installed in the vehicle. We offer a portable systsem that guests can plug in at time of pick up. Rate: $50 per hire Reliable sturdy system and braking strength can be adjusted from the drivers seat. Full details will be provided at time of booking confirmation. Advice can also be given if you are looking to tow often and require a more permanent option.
